How Help Me Grow works with family referrals

Once receiving a family referral, we reach out to the family to assess their needs and refer them to the appropriate community resources. Afterward, we provide a follow-up contact to ensure the family's needs were met and assist with any further needs, as well as offer a free developmental screening for their child.
